The front desk staff was helpful. They arranged my airport transfers and added them to the bill. this made my arrival and departure seamless. the location was fantastic, with easy access to many key attractions. breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit. i appreciated the room's cleanliness and the comfortable bed.
i noticed some minor fraying on the edges of the towels and bathmat.

The location was superb, right next to the trevi fountain! our suite was really good. I really adored the walk-in closet and the gorgeous bathroom. it.!!
I was a little disappointed with the frayed edges on the towels, hand towels, and bathmat. also, the lights outside my room stayed on all night. Even with the blackout blinds, it reminded me of daylight, an issue for sensitive sleepers.
